Google.com/Chrome - The Future Of Browsing

    google

It was the logical next step in assuring Google’s dominance of the internet. Google has launched its Chrome web browser, and it delivers. The interface flows smoothly and the pages load quickly. It takes the best from both Firefox and IE and meshes them into a seamless interface that will cater to everyone. The lightweight browser lets you preview pages, get search suggestions when you enter an address, and create shortcuts to your favorite web applications. It’s amazing to see how well it works for a beta version. It’s evident that Google has been waiting to launch this product until it was ready, and since Microsoft recently launched a new version of Internet Explorer, the time is just right. Like everything Google does, the browser is simple and minimalistic. While this might not appeal to the heavy web user, average users will think highly of this. You can preview the most visited websites in thumbnail format, allowing for quick and easy access.

    In their own words

“Google Chrome is a browser that combines a minimal design with sophisticated technology to make the web faster, safer, and easier.”

Why it might be a killer

Why wouldn’t this be popular? It’s Google’s browser. Some would say it’s the final piece of the puzzle in assuring Google’s internet hegemony.

    Some questions

Will they update soon? Will it have add-ons, like Firefox?
