In their own words
"GoMobo lets customers order and pay ahead online or with a text message and Skip the Lineâ„¢ at busy quick service restaurants. GoMobo is the equivalent of EZ Pass for the quick service restaurant industry, optimizing throughput capacity for restaurants and increasing speed of service for customers."
Why it might be a killer
This is definitely one of those tools that people will really grow to like. Food and the web after all, make for a lovely combo. Busy workers can save loads of time by preordering and paying, skipping all those long lines. The Twitter bit will surely please the geek crowd and lonely, hungry people as well as friends who are looking for freebie side orders.
Some questions
Will ordering from the net or from your cellphone really speed things up? Will it be that much of a difference from ordering take out or delivery? Is there going to be enough demand for this type of service? Do Twitter users really want their friends to know what they're putting in their mouths?
