Frengo.com - Playing the Mobile Phone Game

Frengo.com is a site devoted to providing games for cellphone users. Categorizes include sports, pop culture, and music. The games test a players knowledge of trivia or ask them absurd questions such as "Have you ever hooked up with more than 1 person in a day or given beer to a pet?" Players" answers are then rated against each other in the Frengo community.

"We created Frengo around the simple concept of PLAY MORE. We started with things that we thought would be really fun to do with our friends - on a mobile phone - on the go. We then asked a bunch of you around the country what you thought (you were very helpful, though some of you are pretty crazy...) and created what you see on our site today."

Having received $2.3 million in funding at the end of last year, and recently launched a text messaging interface with MySpace bode well for the future. Placing their brand logo on all MySpace messages is a clever way of further advertising the company.
