    FreeMyFeed.com - Bypasses Passworded Feeds

FreeMyFeed addresses the problem of feeds with user authentications. Sometimes, when you come across a feed which you want to read using a web-based reader such as Google Reader, the readers don’t support them because they require passwords; or alternately, you may have used an invalid SSL certificate, which meant you couldn’t access the feed.

FreeMyFeed is your simple solution. Here’s how it works: enter the feed url you want to read, your username and password, then hit ‘Submit’. You will be taken to a new page with a different url for you to use. Basically, FreeMyFeed repackages the feeds dropping the password req. Log-in information such as your username and password are not served on the site’s servers.

    Freemyfeed.com In their own words

“Have you ever wanted to view an RSS feed in a web base feed reader such as Google Reader or Bloglines, but could not because the feed required user authentication or used an invalid SSL certificate?
Well this site aims to be your solution. Using the form above, enter in the feed url, your username and password and then submit. You will be taken to a new page with an alternate URL for your use.”

Why Freemyfeed.com might be a killer

This is a quite handy tool especially for those who use web based feed readers. Usually, users wouldn’t be able to access things such as Gmail’s unread message feeds, however, FreeMyFeeds lets you bypass that. There’s no signup need either.
