FoxyTunes.com/Planet - A Web of Music Right at your Fingertips

Overwhelmed by the new music-related websites that seem to be coming out everyday? Luckily, there´s FoxyTunes Planet that will let you aggregate all of that content into one place in widget form. You search for your favorite artists based on the type of music they play, then scroll through to find who you´re looking for. For example, after clicking on “alternative rock”, I found Coldplay. On their page is a mini bio, a YouTube widget with a listing of their videos, a LyricWiki widget that lets you look up lyrics to their songs, a Flickr widget showing the most relevant pictures, a Pandora Radio widget that lets you listen to their station, a widget from Amazon showing their albums and how many reviews they´ve gotten, a Google search widget, another from Hype Machine that lets you listen to samples of their songs, and more. This way, you can see all of the content available to you on a certain artist and based on what you´re looking for at the moment, go to the site with the best information, or check it out right from FoxyTunes. Soon they will allow you the ability to add your own widgets and post them, so that others can take advantage of what you´ve found useful.
