FlashPhone.ru is a free service, from the Russian company “Innovative Systems of Communication”, that allows you to make international calls from the internet on your computer.

All you need to make these calls is a computer with functioning internet, the adobe flash player, and a headset. To begin you must register with the site, filling out some general information. Then you are ready to go and can make your free international calls. When you want to make a call you are directed to a screen with which looks like a calling pad with all of the numbers two bottoms with images of phones, green to call red to hang up. From there you make your call remembering all of the country codes. There is a list of countries you can call using FlashPhone on the site. You are limited to three calls, each call being no longer than three minutes each day. FlashPhone.ru seems to be a good service and you can’t beat free international calls.

It is a nice touch that the homepage features simple instructions on how you dial a number with an example.
