Bookmarks can be tagged, noted and described. Subscribe to other member’s bookmarks as well as tags that catch your interest. Make your bookmarks private, or show them to everyone. Search through the site to find bookmarks on any topic. Connect and share with others.

Social bookmarks are already popular. They’ve proven to be a significant resource for sharing and find information on the web. Excites provides all of that. It’s got all the requisites to become popular, like other bookmarking sites. It just lacks in numbers.

Excites is not original. There are literally hundreds of these sites popping up all over the place and most of them offer the same things. Excites neither offers anything new nor does it have any exotic appeal. The site design needs work—too much pink and blue.
