Employee Suggestion Box is the new way to maximize your workforce's potential. It's equipped with an Idea Center for soliciting employees' thought on different subjects. Employees can contribute their ideas with their names or anonymously. They're all stored on a database making them easy categorize and search for. There's also an Opinion Poll section so you can get feedback about different ideas and Brainstorming Forums for coming up with ideas as a team. Once ideas are agreed upon, you can set them up in the Project Center so you can monitor employees' progress. Price rates are monthly and they range from $29.95 to $749.95 depending on the size of your company and the amount of storage space needed.
