    CampusChai.com - Recruiting Done Differently

    campuschai

So now that you've acquired that precious, and rather expensive degree, what will you do? The popular answer would probably be 'get a cool job with an equally lucrative salary'. However, its not so easy to land a premium job straight out of uni; studying the classics, or classic theorems doesn't necessarily translate into realworld chops, which is precisely why CampusChai has launched as a job board of sorts. The site is aimed at students looking to start their careers, so the focus is on 'fresher jobs and training'.
You can browse the calendar to find out about recruiting events in your city or university. You can take a look at what sectors are recruiting the most, and read great interview tips. Employers, on the other hand, can get their pick of today's brightest grads. The site is an Indian production, hence the name CampusChai. Indian students anywhere in the world can use the site to get a job. Colleges can use it to get their students hired. Alumni can network and find fresh recruits.

    In their own words

"The idea behind CampusChai was to bring a fresh, clean look to a campus recruiting portal.
Providing all the resources that freshers need to land their dream job is our vision.

    Our core values are:
We wont mess with our customers.
We will not sell, rent or retain your data against your wishes.
    We will listen to you."

Why it might be a killer

Getting a job fresh out of uni is difficult despite all the honors and credentials you may have. CampusChai is making it easier for graduates all over the world to find jobs that suit them.

    Some questions
