    Buildium is an online property management tool. It plays host to a complete suite of features; these include accounting records, tenant and payment tracking, online access for board members, electronic payments, online maintenance requests, and marketing. Users are able to organize and manage all their finances with separate books for all properties for one subscription price. Income can be tracked as electronic payments are received. Histories of tenants, and association owners are easily available. This allows users to automatically generate late fees, get rent roll reports and delinquency reports on demand. Accounts can be opened to multiple members for easier management of properties. And Buildium can be used to advertise and fill vacancies online. Pricing starts at around $10 a month for five units. For 650 units the price is $1890 per year. The cost for setting up electronic payments is $99. There is a fifteen day free trial.
