Can’t get enough Open Source? Look no further than BitNami. The site’s application stacks are ready-made, and easy to run: they include the app and everything you’ll need to operate it (Ruby, Apache, MySQL, etc). Execution and configuration is simplified for you, meaning all you have to do is download the stack and follow the installation wizard. Even the most non-technical person can use it. Current Bitnami stacks include apps for blogging, bug tracking, CMS and wikis: DokuWiki, Joomla, Drupal, Knowledge Tree, Liferay, Mantis, Opina, Redmine, Wordpress and Mediawiki. More are on their way soon. There are also infrastructure stacks designed for developers and system administrators allowing them to install a LAMP or Ruby environment. The stacks run across platforms and are all available without charge.
