Swedish AroundMe lets you build social networks. Their white label software provides all the stuff you need to get your network off the ground and running.

It’s also free and released under a GPL license. Users can make their own collaborative webspace incorporating wikis, blogs, forums, and chat. It integrates with OpenID too. Sites can be customized with a wide variety of plug-ins and widgets from Digg, Last.fm, Google, Youtube, and Blaugh, among others. Users can also further customize using CSS and Javascript. It’s available in multiple languages. Other features include a guestbook, forum email digest, forum tracking, RSS and a website activity log.
