Backup to Email is a new Windows-only app that lets you backup any file through email. We’ve all got piles of things that ought to be securely stored and backed-up lest something horrible should take place—system crash, blue screen of death etc.—but have been to lazy to do it. Luckily, Backup to Email makes it easy, almost too easy. With Backup to Email, the process simply requires a right-click. Choose the file you want to backup, be it your thesis on the death of honey bees, or the pic of your latest vacation to Tahiti, then right-click and pick the Backup to Email option. The software will instantly file it away for you at your Gmail account. Files larger than 10 MB are automatically split into smaller, more manageable parcels.
