YoFamilyTree is a family meeting ground where families can share their photos, stories and events. You can think of it as a social network for just your family. Each family can create their own subdomain, with their name in the URL. Each member can write his/her own biography and they can also write about their ancestors or close relatives. YoFamilyTree also gives families the capability to make their own family tree. Other features include private messaging, videos, photos and something called My Will. This feature is geared mostly at older users, who wish to have all their contributions remain intact by passing their content to another member. Registration is free.

The url are created as sub domains like “name.yofamilyname.com” the registration of sub domains is done on “yofamilyname.com”. So when user creates family tree the tree will be displayed on the url. User can write his own Biography. Even can create and write biography on any of his ancestors or family members. To maintain the entire family history, user can add and invite his family members to join the family network. ”
