Vidified is a video site that enables members of the online community to share their very own mashups. The premise is quite simple, as the featured videos enable the site user to place his face inside them.

The videos that make up the site were either created by the Vidified team or purchased. The site also includes videos that have been submitted by members of the community for others to use.



The process for creating a mashup is described online, and it entails selecting a video from the ones on offer and clicking on the provided “upload your face” button. Once your image has been uploaded you must outline your face. Finally, the complete work can be previewed before uploading it for the consideration of the online community.

Each video comes complete with a HTML code that can be used to embed it within blogs or Facebook and MySpace profiles. A clickable logo is also provided to these purposes.

It is also interesting to point out that every time a video is created and embedded, money is donated to animal charities.
