SeeYouThen.com - Share Your Wedding Photos

    seeyouthen

SeeYouThen is a bridal event/photo exchange site. Most weddings involve myriads of guests and an equal number of cameras. How do you get all those photos together in one place? SeeYouThen. They offer a private photo exchange for friends, family and guests. You control who sees what, who can upload, comment, and download photos. Upon registration, you get to pick a url and username along with color scheme and key event dates. Invite your friends and family to send all their pics to your SeeYouThen page and get everyone’s perspective on your big day and the days leading up to it. The cost for your own page and photo exchange $250. What you get: unlimited guests, bandwidth and storage space for one year. Additional years are available for $50 per year.

    In their own words

“We focus on "exchanging photos" not just displaying them or printing them. Everybody takes photos from a different perspective!

Engagement Party, Meet the Parents, Rehearsal, The Ceremony, The Reception there will be 1000's of photos taken and you'll have one location to send them all.
Where are all the photos going to go if you don't have a central place to send them? On your friends hard drives, digital cards, and cell phones we guess. How many people are taking the same "scene" from a different perspective. Who got the best shot? Register, send them the URL and have them send them all to you!”

Why it might be a killer

SeeYouThen provides brides to be with a much more vibrant and interesting way to document their special day. It gives attendees and guests a more direct way to interact and it ensures that all the photos taken will be shared and seen by everyone. Makes for a perfect wedding gift.

    Some questions

Couldn’t you do this for less money by setting up a wiki or personal website? Is the service worth the cost? Any more features on the way?
