In their own words
Photorgy is a new kind of photo-sharing, built on the simple ideas that (1) uploading can be easier, and (2) you don"t actually need a camera to have photos. We made this site so that everyone - even people who don"t have a camera (like Jason) - can still get in on the action.
Why it might be a killer
Photorgy boasts to being the web’s first and so far only site with a photo-loading AIM buddy. Users can easily share entire folders of photos with the drag and drop interface. They needn’t register or pay or pay attention to upload limits. Friends can share photo albums and manage them as a group. It’s much easier than having to send individual photos out via email or by setting up an account with a storage service.
Some questions
Will Photorgy prove as easy as it sounds? Does it really work? Will AIM users use it? What’s the marketing strategy? How will the Photorgy team get the word out?
