There is something for everybody on the Internet. And on the Web (as on real life), when something becomes too popular some people feel an urge for moving on and settling for a service that is lesser-known. After having spent a good deal of time browsing through this new video portal, that is the one and only justification that I can find for its existence.

You see, Nothing Official is a video portal that offers no improvement at all over YouTube, Google Video and the umpteen sites that provide you with similar services. You have the chance to create a profile, favorite videos, create playlists…

As you can see, somebody has got there before. There is no distinctive feature or characteristic that would make you ditch your best-loved current video streaming platform and go for this one. I wouldn’t even advice you pay it a visit as you will not come out of it having learned or discovered anything new. I don’t know how this site is going to evolve. The domain name is not bad, maybe they could put it to a better use.

I frankly can not think of something that could make this site stand a ground of its own. The URL is a good one in itself, but that is about it.
