GrandStar.tv - A Game of Strategy

Grandstar is a brand new online game that takes place in a post-apocalyptic ice world. Humans all live in stations controlled by the Pointsmen, and all transportation apart from trains is forbidden. The objective of the game is to take control of all energy resources before anyone else. In order to accomplish this task you'll need to earn large amounts of cash by carrying cargo or passengers on board your train. If you choose to go solo, there are eight different missions available, each with their own goal. You can't advance to other missions until you've achieved the objective. In order to get started, you'll first need to create a profile in the Lobby and choose a user name. Once you activate your registration code you can play for free.

GrandStar is oodles of fun, especially if you're a fan of the show. The graphics are keen and compelling. There's enough challenge there to endear the most hardcore gamers.

Will this type of game gain much traction? Will users find it too easy or perhaps not entertaining enough?
