If you aren’t a hard-core gamer then you probably won’t be interested in Gamevee, a site that allows gamers to upload videos of their gaming experiences. People upload videos which vary from basic video of a user demonstrating a trick or cheat that they have found, to semi-professional edited sequences made into movies with a storyline. Videos are ranked based on user voting and users can also comment on said videos or favorite them. There is no limit to video length and users have a substantial 300MB of space for uploading. Other features include video discussion which is improved by the ability to highlight the part of a video’s timeline to best show others what you are talking about as well as being able to easily set privacy levels and who you share your videos with.

In their own words
“GameVee is a user submitted game-play video community. Upload your videos and share them with other gamers around the world. View, not, comment, and decide which videos become popular.”
Why it might be a killer
As mentioned above, this site will only appeal to hard-core games although there is certainly no shortage of these around the world. This is a well-designed portal and people will like being able to vote for their favorites.
Some questions
Have they considered categorizing a bit more on the page to allow people to pre-filter their search for a certain game?
