In their own words
“flikzor is a fresh new take on social interaction. Instead of typing to your friends, you can now send and receive video comments (fliks) on your MySpace profile, Blogger blog, and pretty much anywhere you can paste HTML. Don't have a web cam? No biggie. You can record audio with your mic or simply let others send you messages.”
Why it might be a killer
Flikzor is refreshingly straight-forward and simple. Everyone can use it, even your grandmother will appreciate your Fliks. Leave your parents messages, keep in contact with your pals—whatever you use Flikzor for, it’s guaranteed to be much more personal, and lively than plain old text.
Some questions
Sometimes a two line email is all that’s necessary. Coming up with a video takes time. You have to set up your camera, adjust the sound, lighting etc. While it’s more in your face, video isn’t necessarily the best medium for communication. Will users find it to cumbersome?
