Epictunes.com - Exposing unsigned music talent

Epictunes is an online music community dedicated to giving exposure to unsigned bands and musicians. Musicians can sign up either as “free artists” or “Epic Artists”. Epic artists are given the opportunity to sell their music online (at fixed rate of 89 pence a song), and to post photos and announcements on their own homepage. “Free artists” are also given access to their own page, and are able to post a limited number of photos and posts. The biggest difference, however, is that any songs uploaded can be downloaded by users for free.

Currently, Epictunes charges artists a 10% commission on their song sales, will this number be changed in the future? Is Epictunes actively pursuing investors for their community, or will they simply rely on ad and commission revenues?
