Has anyone ever told you that you look like Brad Pitt or Kate Winslet? Well now you can put your picture to the test and see if your features most resemble those or possibly some other celebrity. Celebrity MatchUp is a fun app that uses Picitup’s facial recognition technology to create a grid of celebrity faces that your picture most likely resembles. You can click on each result to see who the star you potentially look like is in case you don’t recognize their face. It’s interesting to see which stars are brought up each time you use a different picture, which can be completely different from the set you supposedly looked like using another image. The same program can be used to find similar images of people you’ve found while browsing the web with the help of their Firefox add-on. Using the program, you just right-click on your image of choice and the same grid comes up using the Celebrity MatchUp, but with the face you’ve clicked on instead of the image you uploaded before. Though the results seem to be pretty random at times, it’s fun to check out and pretend like maybe you actually look like Audrey Tautou or Rachel Bilson.
