The Croatian based Speeka is all about discussion. The site allows and in fact invites, all and any create a topic of discussion, without the need to register or sign up. Topics run the gamut from best blogs with Mp3 to What’s the best country in the world. Users from all over the world are welcome to speak their mind and discuss their opinions in an open and fair forum. Anybody can respond and make comments; users may also express their views by voting negatively or positively for each discussion. All discussions have their own feeds, so you can subscribe to keep up with the latest retorts and answers. If you do create a new topic, you get to decide how open it will be; you can choose to keep it public to all, moderated (only those with passwords can write, but everyone can read) or private (passwords for reading and writing). The topic title is put into the url so you may edit it if you wish for a catchier and shorter url address. On the homepage you’ll find a list of latest topics, along with posts n the most recent discussion. Rules are limited, so you’re free to experiment and play around with Speeka to use it for whatever ends you deem reasonably appropriate.

Currently the topics are somewhat limited—how’s this site going to get more people to come by and start discussing? What’s the revenue scheme?
