Sclipo, (which stands for Skills + CLIP + O), provides a really efficient and communal means of diffusing skills. There are skills and techniques you may never even have thought of; there are great tutorials on cooking, computers, painting, etcâ€"it´s everything you always wanted to learn, but never had the means or time for. Sclipo makes learning a little more democratic, a little more accessible to everyone.

This isn´t the only video skills site. Youtube hosts its own fair share of skills aimed videos, and it already is the top of its class as far as video sites go. Sclipo would do well to add more social functions, allowing users to share their videos across the web or via email.
