A startup that goes by a suitable title, Rate My Area will let you share your opinion and insight as regards any given location, and share it on the spot with other internauts. Although the title of the review reads “Review & Share Your Best-loved Places”, Rate My Area can be used to badmouth places that you don’t like, too.

So far, only Dublin is covered, but many other cities are going to be added soon.
