I have reviewed a couple of sites that directly or indirectly dealt with the current financial downfall, but this one stands out because the focus is right on target and I feel that it could turn out to be of great help to many.

Broadly speaking, this portal will let you tell the world at large how the current crisis has affected you, in order not to simply get things off your chest but also to receive the advice and the support of others.

Predictably, many stories have titles such as “It just plainly sucks!!!” and “I’m OK for now, but not sure for how long”, but I also came across one named “Things are not that bad on my side”.

I recall I once read something along the lines of “A trouble is as big or serious as we want it to be”. You might or not agree with that, but in any case you must admit that such a statement contains more than an ounce of truth. Sure, times are harder than ever, but let’s just try and use the strength an experience like this is giving us in order to build up something better, and with a stronger foundation. I am aware we are bending a lot, but deep inside I know we are not going to break, because I know the country I live in and what we are made of.

It is an excellent way of realizing that we are never alone, and that others are there to help us when we need them.
