    iStats.com - Track Your Fitness

    With the fitness rage settling in, almost everyone has some sort of exercise regime that they try to keep up with. However, without regularly recording your fitness stats it is difficult to see results or know how to maintain their workout motivation. iStats.com offers a few great tools that will help members stay on top of their fitness and reach their physical goals. Members are encouraged to record each exercise after completion and input their physical measurements, meals, and other stats to track their fitness over time. Personal exercise plans can be printed out and updated to aid during the actual time of exercising. On this site members can also get motivation from fellow users, compete against them and create teams. There are tips and tricks to help foster progress and suggested workouts from fitness professionals. Screencasts are also available to view and learn new techniques and perfect skills. Members can also share information and ask for advice from others. Fitness news and updates will also be available for free. This is an alternative to the old pencil and paper technique that is not quite as nagging as an interactive website. The site is still under construction but looks very promising.

    Why it might be a killer

    Any who works out or plays a sport knows they are doing something good for their body, but being able to track progress takes living healthy to another level. The site format is easy to use and motivating in design. Sports teams can also use this site to compete with in the team and against others.

    Some questions

    Would it be possible to add health warnings such as news pertaining to anorexia and smoking to the site?
