FizBer.com is one of many sites for people interested in buying and selling their home, how will FizBer.com deal with its competition? Although FizBer.com does have a great deal of information for people selling there homes, there is something to say about having an actual human being help you with the sale of you house, will the advantages of online sites be great enough to lure people away from real estate agencies?

| At last I’ve found what I’ve been looking for. Many thanks to those who created this FSBO site (http://www.fizber.com/). I can find everything I need here. The thing is that I’ve decided to sell a house by owner and move to a new place (I’m going to get married very soon but my bf lives far away from me). At first I thought selling a house without a realtor wasn’t that difficult but now it appears to be much more complicated than I’ve expected. | ||

| Fizber.com, a leading property-listing website has partnered with the Facebook real estate listing service Cribfinder.net. Those who browse the listings on Cribfinder will be linked back to the Fizber.com website where they can find more information.http://www.prweb.com/releases/2007/11/prweb570310.htmTo my mind it can be a useful partnership! | ||

| To my mind it's an opportunity: This winter, buyers looking for the perfect home won’t have to set foot outside to check out neighborhoods in some of the nation’s hottest real estate markets. That’s because leading real estate for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) site Fizber.com has just added Street View to its line-up of free services to buyers. As more cities are added to Street View, more Fizber.com listings will feature Street View tours.http://fsbo.fizber.com/2007/10/31/fi...sale-by-owner/ | ||

| I've read on Fizber such an info. According to a study done by comScore, a leader in measuring the digital world, the expansion of social networking across the globe has grown dramatically during the past year. A variety of social networking websites showed up to a 774% increase in a one-year span. By adding home listings to popular social networking sites — those with established visitors, links and search engine rankings — Fizber.com hopes to give their clients a greater opportunity for exposure to serious buyers. http://fsbo.fizber.com/2007/10/31/re...cial-networks/ | ||

| I was surprised to know that Fizber.com suggests the following service: http://fsbo.fizber.com/ Fizber.com launches FSBO help center dedicated to helping homeowners sell their property without a realtor. I can't understand how does this center and realtors differ? Realtors also nelp to sell and buy property. | ||

| My drive score is 50. So i am quite satisfied with my present location. I think this service is very useful especially for those who are going to buy a house but cant choose the best region to start their search. As far as i understood the greater number of businesses nearby, the higher the Drive Score. | ||

| And what about the following service? Fizber.com displays home search results with the icons marking the homes where stars live. http://fsbo.fizber.com/ Star-shaped icons indicate the places where your favorite stars live. The resuls appear on the left panel so you can see them. | ||

| As for me such kind of websites as Fizber.com can help to make a fsbo selling and buying process rather simple. So I can't understand why Alessia is writing that it's a complex thing. I've visited the Fizber forum http://fsboforum.fizber.com/index.php and I'm satisfied with the information I've seen there. | ||

| I ve just visited http://fsboforum.fizber.com/ I think here one can get all the necessary information about the purchase and sale process. Working FSBO is not as easy as it may seem. It requires a lot of time and effort in order to make a successful deal. At Fizber forum you can find out what the main stages of the selling process are, learn more about appraisals, inspections and etc. Here users discuss the most essential issues, such as which type of mortgage is the most suitable for you, where to find money for a down payment, what problems you can face when transferring the title and many more. | ||

| I've just found a new service on Fizber that I've never seen before somewhere else. It's calle Drive score. It provides an opportunity to calculate driving distance to different establishments in the location of your house. http://drivescore.fizber.com/ So you can see how close are these establishments by car. So, to my mind it's cool and very convinient. | ||
