If only you could somehow taste the stuff through the website, it would be like a complete, free, online wine course. eBacchus offers advice from experts, user reviews of wines, discussion and information about featured wine-producing regions, wine related links, and news bits about wine. There are many ways to participate in the site, and eBacchus provides incentives to keep users writing product reviews and posting new information and links. Every month they give away free gifts such as gift certificates, to accessories, to books and DVDs. The more you participate in the site, the better your chance of winning.

    " Since the beginning of 2000, the eBacchus international team has been involved in the wine and vineyard business worldwide. We have been researching and evaluating all things wine related and gathering vast amounts of information for and from our members.

    There are more than 25,000 wineries and vineyards worldwide. Over the years we have created an impressive compilation of the available websites for these wineries and vineyards and now present them to you in our Winery Visits section. In addition, we have also added a Tasting Notes section where enthusiasts have the opportunity to contribute their personal opinions on all wines.     There is so much information on this site; maybe too much. How about an RSS feed and email newsletters so that users don't feel like they have to dedicate time to keeping up with the site?
