    Coworkers.com - Coworker Reviews, Ratings & Feedback

    coworkers

So, do you think you´re the best thing since sliced bread? Let your coworkers decide for you! Afterall, those are the people who know your talents and weaknesses the best, as far as the professional arena goes. Coworkers.com takes a new punch at ordinary resume testimonials. It´s a site dedicated to professional, reliable source to write, read, and create your own testimonial for yourself. The site is totally anonymous so unless you write something about a colleague to give yourself away (i.e. I work directly adjacent to John Doe, and he´s constantly stealing my red stapler) you won´t be getting any cold shoulders in the office the following day. All jokes aside, the site has the potential to be an excellent alternative for future employers to review your strengths and weaknesses at hire point, and for the individual themselves to gain perspective and insight of where they´re doing well and falling behind.

    In their own words

“With Coworkers.com, everybody wins! When you submit a review of someone, you are able to express your admiration or contempt for that person in an honest, no-strings-attached way. When you are reviewed, you can see yourself through someone else"s eyes, and use that perspective to determine how to be more effective in your workplace. If you are an employer considering hiring someone, you can get the truth about that person"s work habits and experience, allowing you to make a more informed decision about whether he or she would be a suitable match for your company.”

    Some questions

How are spam and clearly biased reviews handled? Can they be taken off by the individual or does the site have a specific policy for handing this problem?
