Why it might be a killer
Complaints.com provides a very useful service for consumer around the world. It has the great advantage that neither registration nor fee is required so as to make use of it. This service is targeted to a huge potential audience given the fact that everyone once in a while experiences from terrible consumer service and we all wish that people know about it so that they can avoid it.
Some questions
Will people actually use this service? Can they improve the design? Can they create and advanced search so that people don’t have to go through every review so as to find out the subject? Won’t people send complaints directly to the business they are unhappy with instead or posting it on Complaints.com?
