Collegeconvo.com - Go Deeper Than Facebook

    collegeconvo

For a lot of college students, important questions go unanswered and certain topics remain obscure for lack of forum or fear or rejection. Now, these questions and topics have a home at collegeconvo.com. Instead of wasting time looking through photos of drunken parties and throwing a pig at a friend, students can use their time more productively by participating in important discussions and getting campus-specific news and advice. The first step is registering with a university email address and logging into a specific school network. Within the school network there are discussion topics that are very well organized into campus life, advice and sexuality, entertainment, and miscellaneous. Within these categories are specific subcategories but with a wide enough scope to offer all students at least a few intriguing options. Campus life includes 11 subcategories that range from buying and selling books and drugs to finding information on potential professors and roommates. The advice and sexuality section is aimed for more sensitive subject matter that now has a safe place for discussion and questions. For sports enthusiasts, musicians, gamblers, gamers, and movie buffs the entertainment section will cure what ails them and for anything else users can check out the miscellaneous area.

Why it might be a killer

This site is respectful and can offer students a healthy and safe forum for serious discussions and questions. It is not based on the superficiality that other college sites thrive on and thus can offer students a better use of their Internet surfing time.

    Some questions
