YayBooks.com - A Social Network For Book Adepts

    yaybooks

I have reviewed so many social networks and resources aimed at book lovers as of late that I somehow lost track of the actual number. I must admit that these are a little too similar, yet I am so much of a book lover myself that I am keen on every one that surfaces, and as I always say, it is best to have a wide number to choose from than being constricted to just a couple of choices.

When it comes to Yay!Books, the emphasis is on collecting reviews that are actually descriptive. You will not come across one-line reviews reading “Good book” or “Bad author” – the reviews you can come across on the site are as detailed as possible.

When reading a review, you are also provided information such as ISBN number, the date it was first published and aspects such as binding and so forth.

Lastly, a Yay!Trends is included and it highlights the latest searches and the books that have received the best ratings so far. Don’t forget to check it out when you are reading the reviews themselves, as they complement each other very well.

    In their own words

“Yay!Books is a site dedicated to discover new books and to review them. We do not allow reviews that say 'Good Book' or 'Good Author' our reviews are descriptive and to the point and the fun part is that you get to do the reviewing.”

Why it might be a killer

Book lovers are certainly spoilt for choice, and sites such as this one just make their web-based time more exciting.

    Some questions

Are all styles covered? Are both classics and new titles accounted for?
