There are 100 levels of talent - ranging from beginner, master of the craft, visionary, legend, icon and world class. Each has its own social network including tools, resources, votes, video player, upcoming events and news and discussion board. A person submits a snapshot of their best talent and this is put in level 1 for rating. The more votes it gets the higher up it goes gaining access to better resources, tools and people to make their talent stronger.
