    MyCatSpace.com - MySpace for Felines

    mycatspace

Meow. Cat-blogging has come into full fruition with MyCatSpace. This is exactly the place for unfurling about your little whiskers. Post pictures, write about her cute paws and furry nose, go on about kitty dearest’s strange habit of licking your toes, and befriend other cats, er cat owners. Cats get their own profiles with information about their favorite sleeping spots, favorite toys, and yes, pet peeves. These cats even get their own blogs (read about Mango’s adventures in Amsterdam for instance), and galleries. Cat owners can head to the forums and discuss breads, training tips, events, diet and health among other things feline related. The site is free of course, but no dogs are allowed.

    In their own words

“We created this site for all cats and cat lovers. A new place for a cat community! There are many social communities for people - so we thought it was about time that us cats have our own place on the internet too. A place to let the world know that Cats are IT!”

Why it might be a killer

It’s about time cats got their own social network. The poor things have been left out for so long. Really though there are definitely cat enthusiasts who’ll go crazy for a site like this.

    Some questions

How many cat lovers will actually keep up with the blogs and updates? Is this site too niche? Will cat owners get bored of a cat blog?
