Much like ordinary civilian social networks, the site allows you to fill out a profile, share pictures, do blogs, and of course, make new friends. MilitarySpot.net is free and designed to be used by both active and reserve troops in the armed forces, as well as veterans, military spouses, ROTC, security contractors, and anybody else who’s interested in the military. The site features links to new music, a schedule of upcoming events, has special groups you can join, lets you take part in surveys, and much more.
