iHipo is a combination of social network and jobsite for graduates and young professionals seeking international assignments with multinational employers. Moreover, they can network with peers from around the globe.

The founding team consists of three recent uni graduates from the Netherlands, Germany and Singapore. iHipo is located in Singapore.
Why it might be a killer
The main innovation which iHipo offers is utilizing the advantages of a social network for empowering international careers. It accumulated close to 1,000 registered users and 160 job offers by international employers within the first week since launch.
Some questions
One question which remains is how fast hr marketing budgets will shift to a global scale.
