In their own words
"The Heel Press is a Creative Community. Anyone can submit Art and/or Writing. But you must be approved by other members in the Voting Panel before you can be published. This is the place to inspire and be inspired. Be creative therefore be happy."
Why it might be a killer
The site ably exploits the fervor web users have for displaying their writing and art, as well as their love of argument for its own sake. Allowing all works to be voted upon invests the viewer in the material that is published, while also acting as a form of quality control.
Some questions
Do people need another forum for debates? Will the fact that all work must be voted upon be a turn-off to potential participants?
