GodKut is a newly founded faith based social network. It’s open to people of every faith, provided upon joining they ‘agree that you love God and others made by Him!’. Discussion, questioning and debating are encouraged. Besides the religious slant, the site looks like any other budding social network. You’ve got videos—check out the little girl reciting Psalms—photos, profiles in which you can detail your ‘God Priority’ and specify your religiousness, there’s also music and classifieds. Users can start groups and blogs. They can chat in chatrooms and forums. There’s even messaging and event calendars. Pretty standard. Anyone can join provided they respect other members.

The site’s intent is good. While it may not be the most advanced faith based social network, it makes a good attempt. All sorts of religions are represented and people from all faiths have joined the site. It could provide a viable springboard for real discussion and questioning.
GodKut has a rather bland interface. It’s got all the normal features of every other social network, but nothing makes it outstanding. What’s with the name?
