    EventVue.com - Network Better

    eventvue

Social networking is nothing new. There are social networks galore including, among others, networks for drinkers, dogs, cats, robot geeks and anime fans, not to mention the usual post-college/professional fare. As varied, as we are, it's no surprise that social networking has it all covered. So now there's a new network aimed for the conference going crowd. It's common for people attending conferences and conventions to have to meet a lot of key people, major heads of companies and important players in the industries. But often times, aside from a name, they don't know who they're looking for, which is where EventVue comes to play. EventVue is a new social network that lets convention goers know who's going before they attend. It'll also help members follow up on and connect with all the contacts and business cards from previous conventions. EventVue provides for more efficiency and better business. It has all the usual features of social networking including messaging, search, and integration with EventBrite and RegOnline. There's a $250 setup fee and a $4 per conference charge.

    In their own words

"It's tough to maintain the attention of your attendees before and after your conference. EventVue gives your attendees the tools to prepare for your conference and follow up afterwards"

Why it might be a killer

EventVue is a great, innovative tool that makes networking at conferences a breeze. A tool like this is very much needed and would be a good deal of help for productivity and business efficiency.

    Some questions

Will the pricing be a factor in not subscribing? Is it worth the price? Will users find a cheaper or even free alternative?
