Coastr´s a gathering place for beer lovers. The site plays host to reviews of both beers and places to drink beer. If you click the ‘Places to Drink Beer´ link at the top of the page you can discover bars, pubs and watering holes courtesy of Coastr´s own Google Map. Check out Trois Rivieres in Canada, or Copenhagen Denmarkâ€"while the site hasn´t quite got the entire world covered, it does boast a wide selection of international drinking spots. The Explore Beer link categorizes beers by tags, style, origin or brewery. Information can be edited by Coastr members who can also submit reviews and ratings. The homepage displays recently added beers and places, most popular beers, and a search bar for people or beers.

Coastr will make beer fans happy. It´s got a pretty comprehensive listing of beers and places where beer is served.

The beer descriptions are terse and don´t include much information. The design lacks a certain cohesiveness.
