SeatSnapper runs in the same vein as TicketMaster—it’s a ticket searching service. Now the site has gone ahead and added a social network to keep things fresh. Members now can add the typical profile goodies to their accounts: photos, friends, links, etc. There’s an event Wish List and users can invite their friends to go with them. Users can also use the network to find new events and get tips on up and coming programs via their friends network. It’s pretty simple, but also very open. Members can use the network as an address book, a dating site, an event inventory—its up to them. Sign up is free, and purchasing from SeatSnapper is not a prerequisite.
