The Tennessee Housing Development Agency is in charge of building and rehabilitating housing units for low-income families throughout the state, and by taking a look around, users will be able to enquire about the facilities they can get to build, buy or rent a house. Unfortunately, the site is very poor in terms of design, and some features seem to be lacking. For instance, it could be profitable for users to get some help as to where to start navigating the site to learn how to qualify to get or rent one of these housing units, and also allow users to highlight and bookmark articles of their interest. The site also hosts a searchable list of mortgage lenders across the state, and a PDF list of houses for sale. I reckon that more traditional listings depicting pictures and amenities like that to be found on realtor’s sites could be a better option, as it would allow prospective beneficiaries of THDA’s plans to understand what kind of homes they can get.
