Tapweb.org is the Tuition Assistance Program which provides an online application process which allows you to apply for New York State’s TAP. It is also an agency which provides help and assistance to individuals and students to pay their college by administering the tap, some of these assistance services you can enjoy are student loans, guidance and administering a College savings program. At the top main menu there are just 3 categories which are home, login and contact us. In order to be able to complete the application process for TAP you must sign in with your own account which you can create for free, you will have to create your own user ID as well as your own PIN number for future logins at the site.
