SOinc.org is the site of the Science Olympiad, which is an international non-profit organization devoted to improving the quality of science education, increasing student interest in science and providing recognition for outstanding achievement in science education by both students and teacher. You will be able to see within this site many sections and sub-sections, such as the About SO, where you will be able to choose within different subsections, the information you are interested, such as the background, divisions, with elementary, middle and high school, all stars, small schools and home schools; there other subsections, such as organizing a team, research, science standards, featured alumni, SO in the news, and the contributors and sponsors of this organization. You will be able to look into the Tournaments section, where you will find sub-sections, such as 2008 tournament, scoring guidelines, future, future hosts, past results, stage and regional, and invitationals; there are as well sections such as Workshops, with the summer institute, coach’s clinics and invitationals.
