| Gee...this is the same thing that happened to me as well! In my case it was a solar heater. Same worthless customer service though! I ordered it 4 weeks ago today, only to find out a week later it was soldout! Long story short....this company sucks! They told me today that it will be delivered on the 6th--that'll be a full month since placing the order! Like the first poster said, DO NOT DEAL WITH POOLANDSPA.COM!!!! The few bucks you save are NOT worth the hassle of dealing with incompetence. | ||

| I wish I had taken two seconds to read reviews about this company before I clicked "submit order". I ordered a part through poolandspa to save myself $15 and get the part sooner than my local dealer -- BAD IDEA! The part hadn't shown up by day 11 (within the 7-14 day delivery window). I called, was asked to email the shipping dept, so I hung up and did so. No reply... for three days!!! On day 14 I called and asked to speak with a rep. He looked up my order and said, "Yeah, it should be coming into the warehouse tomorrow and we'll ship it out the next day." WHAT!?!? You don't even have it yet? You charged my credit card 14 days ago and you haven't communicated this to me yet?? After asking to speak to the management, the rep identified himself as "Well, I'm kinda the manager." What?? So, after pressing them, they agreed to 2-day ship it at no extra charge. Today, over three weeks later, the part arrived. Guess what! IT'S NOT THE PART I ORDERED!!!! Are you kidding me?? Spend the extra money and deal locally... or at least don't deal with these guys! | ||
