Firs you have to choose if your feedback would be on a product purchase, or on a service repair. Once you choose that, you will have to enter your contact information including name, last name, email address, street address, state, city, zip code, and then click where it says Start Survey. There you would be able to tell Pep Boy, about your experience. If it was a good experience, they probably continue doing things right. If it was a bad experience, it also could be very helpful, because they probably would try to change those things that made your visit to Pep Boys a bad experience

| I visited the Rohnert Park store today and was very pleased with how the two employees helped me locate some particular spark plugs Iwanted for my older car,the second employee asked me if I needed anything else to go with the plugs,a nice experiance doing bussiness with pepboys.I usually try to tell the people I know,but they say I already shop there.So there you go. | ||

| took 1988 thunderbird for diagnosis -charged me 90.00 gave wrong diagnosis. I fixed the car myself. By trial and error, like the old days, found the car started when I disconnected the map sensor , after spending 300dollars with Pep Boys diagnosis. I replaced the map sensor 55dollars the car ran fine -should have never went to Pep Boys! | ||
