| On 06-19-08 i paid $350.00 for a virtual debit/credit card topaidbycash.comI called the number (1-888-801-3770) on there website to find out why haven'ti been assigned a virtual debit/credit card from them and was told that the phone number was to cardex.com and that they could not help me and that i needed to callthe direct number to paidbycash.com (1 800-975-8605 which wasn't on their website).Every time i called a live representative did'nt answer the phone and go a voice mailinstructing me to leave a message and someone would get back to me.No feedback from them.So i called (1-888-801-3770) once again and explained what happened(again) and got the run around,so i kept calling until i learned the names of each individual who answered my call at (cardex.com which seemed to be a hand full)and was transferred to their "supervisor" "Jonathan Jermain" and got the run around with from him saying that he was working on assigning me a virtual card and that they had an issue in the "IT department" (Information Technology),and i asked how long will it be before i would recieve my virtual card number, (which he avoided my question) stating that he and the "ITdepartment" were working on this issue and that he'll call me back,I told him at this point that i wanted a refund and emailed him a copy of the reciept showing that i paid,so that there would be no BS in getting my money back.Hours passed and no feedback from him.So i decided to call him back not looking for excusesabout him not being able to refund my money,instead he claim that he did'nt recieve any email from me from the email address he provided me over the phone (jonathan.germain@cardex.com)So i resent the email with a copy of the reciept,and called him again and he still claims he did'nt recieve it.So i told him to email me,and i'll reply with the attachment and he stated that he would do so within minutes after he and i got off the phone.about an hour passed and no email from him,so i called again,and his voice mail came up and left him a message20 minutes later i get an email from him from(jonathan.germain@cardex.com)I found something strange about the emailwhich said: *** Please note new address effective March 31, 2008***and the supposed physical address in the email is:22800 Savi Ranch Pkwy., Suite 120, Yorba Linda , CA 92887But when i WHOIS the website "cardex.com"The Registrant address is:13766 Alton Pkwy,Suite 150Irvine,CA92618And what i also found strange in the email a link back to his email address: "jonathan.germain@cardex.com"read "mail to:Alan Safahi" when i pointed my mouse over the email address link. "Jonathan Germain" is probably Alan Safahi.So i'm even more skeptical and highly pissed.So on 06-20-08 i called 1 800-975-8605 (paidbycash.com) got a voice mail and was instructed to leave a message,so i left one and still recieved no feedback.Then i called 1-888-801-3770 so of course the ones answering calls know me by now and said that "Jonathan Germain" is out today.(A Coincidence?)So now i decided to do some research and WHOIS paidbycash.comAnd the site owner and pulled up the contact information:Michael Marubio6115 Harwood Ave.Oakland,California 946181 510 655 3139michael@bellalingua.netI called the phone number:1 510 655 3139and got the (same thing which is another voice mail)I leave a message demanding a refund.Guess what?No feedback from Michael Marubio!Early on 06-23-08Called PaidByCash.com (1 800-975-8605) voice mail againinstructing me to leave a message.Called Cardex.com (1-888-801-3770) and asked to speak to JonathanGermain and the "representative" asked me who i was and i told them and they stated that Jonathan Germain was out today!!!And by the way still no word from paidbycash.com or Michael Marubio | ||
