CheckFree is dedicated to provide financial electronic commerce services and products. They power payments for hundreds of billing companies on the Internet. This is how the service works: the companies you receive bills from provide them your bill information at your request. Once you have signed up, select the companies whose bills you want to receive and view online. Enter to their "which bills can I pay here" section in order see the list of e-bills currently available. The payment methods they accept are checking or money-market account, or major credit cards that are accepted by the biller. This site is being monitored by the same entities that monitor major financial institutions, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Federal Reserve, the United States Postal Service and NACHA, etc.
